Shock cooling causes micro-cracks through which the oil penetrates the rust layer and loosens the joint.

Bolt and rust loosener spray with frost effect is ideal for loosening corroded bolted joints, slip fits or tie rods.

For loosening stiff, rusted and corroded parts uses the shock freeze effect. The bolt loosener shock-cools components down to -40°C and causes microscopic cracks. This allows the oil to impregnate directly into the rust layer by capillary action.

Loose parts are then easier to separate, while remaining lubricated and protected from further corrosion.
