A product for sealing micro-cracks in cylinder head, engine block and water pump body.

Preparation to seal micro-cracks in the cylinder head, engine block and water pump body. It can also treat leaks through damaged engine and cooling system seals.

Removes external cracks and crevices that cause coolant leaks and puddles under the car.

It also eliminates leaks inside the system that are caused by oil and coolant or coolant and gases mixing together, causing overheating and loss of engine compression or air bubbles in the expansion tank and white-coloured exhaust gases.

One pack will treat engines with cooling system capacities up to 8 litres. The concentration of the product must be between 3 and 6 % of the cooling system charge.

Use

Shake the product before use. As a rule, dose only through the cooling system into clean water. Do not expose the vehicle to temperatures below 0°C during repair work.

• 1) Drain all coolant from the cold engine and flush thoroughly with clean water.
• 2) Disconnect the thermostat hose from the top drain on the cylinder head, pour the desired amount of product into the hole and reinstall the hose.
• 3) Fill the cooling system with clean water.
• 4) Stuff larger, visible external cracks with steel wool.
• 5) Start and let the engine idle until the leak stops (usually between 15 minutes and 2 hours). Carefully add clean water to the radiator as needed.
• 6) After the repair, let the engine cool down, drain the cooling system and flush with plenty of water until it is clean. Then fill the system with antifreeze/coolant.
