Durable and safe solution made of high-quality aluminium for transporting large dogs, such as Bernese Mountain Dog, Hovawart, Rottweiler or Irish Setter with a max. weight of 50 kg. Specially developed aluminium bars ensure maximum stability and are effectively protected against corrosion by anodising. All plastic connecting parts are reinforced with fibreglass and are therefore characterised by very high resistance. Precise manufacturing guarantees that the cage does not rattle or make other unpleasant noises while driving. The cage is standardly equipped with a twist-lock, which reliably snaps into the operating position immediately. The long plug further increases stability and torsional resistance. The door can be operated with one hand, while the free hand can be used to hold the dog in place. The cage is secured with tie-down straps to the mounting points in the luggage compartment installed at the factory. Main features: pressure die-cast aluminium lock housing, scratch-resistant hardwood floor with coating, urine-resistant plastic tubes, door lock system with two keys tested in a crash test, impact protection system and special rear panel tested in a crash test. Leak-proof raised side edges protect the luggage compartment against dirt and excrement. Optimum airflow ensures the well-being of the dog during transport. Includes removable floor mat, 2 fixed straps, both designed for a tensile force of 350 kg/770 lb, and additional Velcro fasteners for securing the bottom of the cage to prevent the cage from sliding in the boot. The cage requires no maintenance because the hinges made of graphite-filled plastic are self-lubricating.
