    Protects welds made on galvanized surfaces or on ferrous materials, indoors or outdoors, underground or on the surface. Ready-to-use single-component with a very high pure zinc content. Zinc, in microscopic particles, adheres strongly to the metal surface, forming a protective barrier against rust and corrosion. Furthermore, in contact with air, it forms a surface layer of zinc oxide, which ensures additional protection: double protective barrier. Forms a resistant, elastic, crack-proof film that can be left as is or painted over. Layer thickness: 15/20 microns. Coverage: 2/2.5 m2 per can. Drying time: approximately 15/20 minutes. Can be handled in approximately 24 hours. Resists temperatures up to approximately +150°C.

    Schützt Schweißnähte an verzinkten Oberflächen oder eisenhaltigen Materialien, innen oder außen, unter der Erde oder an der Oberfläche. Eine gebrauchsfertige Einkomponentenformulierung mit einem sehr hohen Gehalt an reinem Zink. Zink in mikroskopisch kleinen Partikeln haftet stark an der Metalloberfläche und bildet eine Schutzbarriere gegen Rost und Korrosion. Darüber hinaus bildet es bei Kontakt mit der Luft eine Oberflächenschicht aus Zinkoxid, die zusätzlichen Schutz bietet: eine doppelte Schutzbarriere. Erzeugt einen dauerhaften, elastischen, nicht reißenden Film, der so belassen oder neu lackiert werden kann. Schichtdicke: 15/20 Mikrometer. Ausbeute: 2/2,5 m2 pro Zylinder. Trocknungszeit: etwa 15/20 Minuten. Manipulierbar in etwa 24 Stunden. Hält Temperaturen bis zu etwa +150°C stand.
